Mr. Bucaria is the Co-Founder and C.E.O. of Prolific Media holdings LLC. Through his journey in the entertainment industry, Mr. Bucaria has held positions in A&R, Talent Management, C-Level Executive and Board of Directors level positions in both public and private corporations.
He has also had the pleasure of compiling a client list of the entertainment industry’s top names such as Sony Records, Universal Music, Warner/Chappell Music, Sony/ATV, Radio City Music Hall, Charlie Murphy, Nokia, MPL Communications, Wyclef Jean, NBA, Discovery Channel, A&E, E!, Comedy Central, Warner Bros. Pictures and many more.
He has been a trusted advisor and consultant to companies ranging from top Fortune 100 with over US$300 million in revenues to start-ups on topics ranging from financial structuring methodologies, corporate strategy, M&A, operational efficiencies, Federal/State/Local regulatory compliance and more.
Over the span of his career Mr. Bucaria has established a track record of sustainably increasing profits within operations and has successfully raised equity and debt financing for various companies and projects that he has been associated with.

In addition to producing and consulting across various notable screen media projects in which he has been focussed on over the last 5 years, Mark has over 20 years of extensive music industry experience as a touring musician, record label owner, a publishing label owner, a producer, artist manager, event manager, and live concert tour operator in both Australia and the United States through various partnerships with Sony Music, Universal Music, and others.
He has contributed to the success of major music based projects such as running the live broadcast entertainment for the Indy 500 motor race on the Gold coast each year for event manager IMG, which at its peak, broadcast to over 50 million people globally, produced several sold out tours for American and Australian multiplatinum artists, and produced various branded events working directly with global multi-platinum iconic acts such as Aerosmith, Van Halen, Billy Joel, Jimmy Barnes, Live and more and has produced hundreds of regional shows.
Mark has an extensive network of key industry partners and associates in the United States and Australia which he has developed over the last 20 years which include executives in major studios and labels, film and music talent agencies, artist and talent management, producers, promoters and touring companies, stadium and arena venue owners and key partners throughout mass media.

Tamer Rashad is a business and banking leader with 30 years of global executive experience across investment banking on Wall Street, and the technology sector in Silicon Valley, spanning the U.S., Europe, and emerging markets.
Before transitioning to Silicon Valley, Tamer was Senior Executive Officer, Managing Director, and President of Merrill Lynch and Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Middle East & Africa.
While at Merrill, Mr. Rashad was a member of the Board and Executive Committees of Merrill Lynch Bank (Suisse) S.A., Bank of America Merrill Lynch Emerging Markets (Investment Banking & Wealth Management), Merrill Lynch Europe Middle East and Africa Wealth Management, Merrill Lynch Pierce Fenner & Smith (Middle East) S.A.L., and Merrill Lynch Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Tamer has served in key leadership roles as Managing Director at Bank of America and Merrill Lynch in New York, including Head of the Global Client Coverage Group, and the Office of the President & COO with a direct mandate from the Chairman & CEO.
Following the successful sale of Merrill Lynch International to Julius Baar, Tamer was appointed CEO of LGT Middle East & South Asia, a subsidiary of Lichtenstein Private Bank’s LGT, the largest privately-owned European private bank.
Before joining Merrill, Tame was Group Chief Strategy Officer at Countrywide Financial, the largest consumer and home lending bank in the U.S. (acquired by BofA). Tamer was also a Principal Strategy Consultant with Accenture and Deloitte in New York, where he was focused purely on investment banking clients across New York and London. Prior to banking, Tamer was also Head of International Planning for American Airlines in London.
Tamer’s latest startup venture, Humtap, is the leader in AI music and media generation mobile tech platform. Tamer also served as an advisor to numerous tech startups and entrepreneurs. He holds in his name several U.S. patents across banking and social media algorithms and technologies.
Mr. Rashad served as a Director of the board at Plan International USA for twelve years. Plan, established in 1937, is an $800 million global independent development and humanitarian organization, which works in 75 countries across the world to advance children’s rights and equality for girls. On Plan’s board, he served on the investment, executive, development, and governance committees. Mr. Rashad has also been an active member of several organizations, including the Council on Foreign Relations, and the Carnegie Council.
Tamer has spoken at the World Economic Forum (WEF), SXSW, and the E&Y Strategic Growth Forum. He has made media appearances on the BBC, Bloomberg, CNBC, and CNN, to name just a few.
Mr. Rashad holds a Master’s in Finance from the London Business School, a Masters in Marketing with distinction from the University of Surrey in the U.K. Mr. Rashad also graduated from several executive programs at Stanford, Wharton, INSEAD, New York Univ., and Singularity Univ. Tamer is a U.K. Foreign & Commonwealth Office Fellow, and U.K. Chevening Scholar.

Kristie co-founded Unbreakable with Mark Spillane in 2014 after over a decade of experience in business, marketing, and media.
Following a number of years as a hospitality business consultant, Kristie returned to University to further her studies and turn her focus to Media and Communications. She graduated with high distinction in 2006 and within her first two years in the industry she, along with a small team, established one of the most successful media departments in the country and grew the department’s earnings to equal one quarter of the total revenue for a publicly listed company.
In the decade that followed, Kristie became a highly sought-after consultant working through the Aegis Media Group alongside a number of local and International companies, ranging from blue chip organisations to emerging brands as a strategist and essential partner to build brand equity and market share in key global markets.
In pursuit of more creatively satisfying endeavours, Kristie left her corporate background to follow her passion for the entertainment industry and, soon after co-founding Unbreakable International, her first such endeavor saw her
co-produce, write, and direct 20 hours of award-nominated, internationally distributed television currently airing on Netflix globally.
By combining her skill sets learned in her business background and her zeal for the creative aspects of her work, Kristie now enjoys focussing on developing commercially successful entertainment projects for both domestic and global markets.
Matt is the CEO & Founder of NODxPODS Industries and Managing Director of the Foralus and MJC Groups of Companies; spanning across Hospitality, large scale Music Events, Experiential Design, Property and Manufacturing. Matt’s career both in Australia and the US has held him in executive leadership positions in both public and private enterprise. With more than 15 years of corporate entertainment background, Matt has for the past 8 years developed, owned and operated a suite of brands in the Hospitality and Music industry.
Working in partnership with state government and tourism bodies, Matt’s events have forged their way onto the Australian large-scale Festival circuit while being recognized and commended nationally. Vanfest Music & Arts Festival has entrenched itself as one of NSW official regional ‘Flagship’ events, alongside internationally recognized Tamworth Country Music Festival, Parkes Elvis Festival, Byron Bay Bluesfest, amongst others.
The groups growing ensemble of Hotels, Bars & Restaurants have achieved continuing success, enabling strategic growth through acquisitions and development of own brands across Sydney. Recent recognition saw multiple venues taking out state and national accolades for architectural design and offerings, while also being represented on the world stage at the Restaurant & Bar Awards in London for Best New Hospitality Design globally.
In late 2018 Matt spearheaded the design and delivery of a startup, NODxPODS; an innovative world patented-design affordable modular housing solution for the Tourism, Mining, Military, and disaster/refugee status sectors. NODxPODS is scheduled to launch into the APAC market early 2022, with international distribution and licensing scheduled in EU and US following.
Most recently Matt leads a state Tourism & Economic Taskforce program, driving a precinct redevelopment on one of Sydney’s most prestigious harbor foreshores. Under Matt’s direction, the strategic 3ha, $150M master plan will showcase emphasis on greater urban design, community recreational facilities, education, dining, accommodation, live entertainment, and exhibition of the arts.
Over the course of his career Matt has established himself as a leader in the Hospitality and Entertainment sectors, being awarded New South Wales and Australia’s young Entrepreneur of the Year, and highly commended for his outstanding individual contributions to the tourism and music industry.
Andrew "Roo" Pigott
Andrew is co-founder and Head of International Development at Prolific Songs, a music publishing company with a history of hit platinum songs and writers, and is MD and founder at Songwork International, where he heads up a team developing artist and writer talents
across South East Asia and Europe.
Andrew’s 30+ year career as a music industry & technology entrepreneur spans projects which have allowed him to forge new ways of working in the creative & technology industries. His trusted network of industry contacts developed throughout his career includes key partners in media-based technology, in hospitality, and in high-level positions throughout the music & creative industries.
Key achievements to date include the creation of the world’s first successful fan-funded record label, which gave rise to the crowdfunding/Kickstarter craze. This led to him creating the company responsible for ‘DIY’ digital release movement, creating thousands of artist & indie label owned download stores, while creating a whole new independence and revenue stream for the music industry as it struggled to move to digital. During this time Andrew developed and managed ground-breaking releases and projects with artists and brands such as AWAL, Kobalt, My Bloody Valentine, Warner, Sigur Ros, Radiohead, EMI, CBS, Pink Floyd, BBC, Paramount, Bon Iver, MTV, and many more.
In 2005 Andrew invented ‘MusiCode’, essentially the next generation of 2D barcoding, far outshining the capabilities of the QR code. He developed the company and code for over 6 years to point of exit and company sale. The invention is currently valued at £320M, is called ‘VCode’, and is leading the way in the development of Health Passports for events
around the world.
In the past, Andrew has been named as a leading entrepreneur in the UK’s top 42 under 42 list, and has won various investment and innovation awards. His experience is referenced and quoted in various music industry ‘how to’ books and manuals and can be heard on his musical releases with Universal and Sony ATV.

Adam Hammond grew up around real estate projects with a builder as a father and a grandfather active in construction and property development. After undergrad studies in tourism and event marketing and two years in the automotive trade with Porsche and Ferrari, Adam’s start in the property industry came in 2001 where he also focused on working with leading brands- this time to identify and secure locations.
After several years of leasing Coles and Woolworths-anchored retail projects off-plan and putting together a major development project from scratch, Adam moved into a development management role with Consolidated Properties. In 2005, he completed a Graduate Diploma in Property Economics at QUT where he also taught the undergrad class on property investment analysis. Later that year, Adam relocated to Europe where he would spend the next ten years on mandates including asset management and transaction coordination for the Brenninkmeijer family’s property fund REDEVCO; fund management advisory for BGP, a €4 Billion joint-venture fund between Babcock and Brown and GPT; and development management for DHL Logistics.
In his spare time, Adam pilots both helicopters and fixed-wing aircraft and is a commercially qualified skipper that has worked on the water with several major film and TV productions. He therefore brings a broad range of experience to Upsense Media Capital and immensely enjoys the overlap where real estate development involves international brands, aviation/marine, or the entertainment industry.

Jack Carton, our celebrated co-founder, made a profound impact on the media and entertainment industry over his thirty-year career.
Mr. Carton held numerous significant advisory roles to Presidents and CEOs for both large and small companies, providing him insights beyond traditional finance roles for over twenty years.
While at RCA, he was a player in the creation of RCA/Ariola, the predecessor of BMG Music. At RCA Records, Mr. Carton evaluated thirty deals per year ranging from US$200 thousand to US$10 million including the Dirty Dancing Soundtrack, one of the most successful in music industry history.
Subsequently, Mr. Carton joined Sony Music Entertainment as Vice President of Finance, Administration and Production for 6 years where he honed his negotiating skills bringing tens of millions in revenue to the company. During the merger of Sony and BMG, Mr. Carton headed a multi-disciplinary transition team which helped restructure parts of the internal and external operations.
As the CFO in North America of the British based Music and DVD operation Eagle Rock Entertainment, Mr. Carton played a significant role in the growth of the company helping to close a number of Television syndication deals in the United States.
Mr. Carton held an MBA in Finance from Temple University and a BS In Economics and Business from Juniata College.
